The denture would start to feel loose and bulky in the mouth, and perhaps food getting trapped under them or they're hurting. All dentures tend to need a reline after three years or so.

How do you know if you need a reline?

Yes - although lost dentures normally have a tad more urgency as most people don't keep a spare, so tell us straight away if you're calling about a lost denture.

What are the steps involved in getting a reline?

At DentureTech our first step is a consultation to make sure a reline is the best treatment, and if it is, we'll book it in then. Relining in most cases is done in one day. Once it's done the denture will have a better fit, and be more hygienic.
